1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of Jiji58, including placing bets, claiming bonuses, and making transactions, you must register for an account. The following rules apply to all Jiji58 accounts:

• One account per person. You may not create more than one account. If multiple accounts are detected for the same individual, Jiji58 will suspend all associated accounts and may forfeit any balances held within them.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Jiji58 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account caused by your failure to secure your credentials.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Jiji58 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). We support the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers
• BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking
• Visa and Mastercard bank cards

Deposits are generally credited to your Jiji58 account within minutes of successful payment confirmation. Withdrawals are processed within the timeframes specified on our Deposit and Withdrawal page and are subject to identity verification checks.

Jiji58 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges. Always check with your provider before initiating a transfer.

We do not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on your payment account must match the name registered on your Jiji58 account. Any funds received from mismatched sources may be reversed and the account flagged for review.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on Jiji58 — whether for Sports Betting, MMA Betting, Tongits, Color Game, or any other available product — are governed by the following rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
• Jiji58 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has been affected by technical errors, incorrect odds publication, or manipulation.
• Winning bets will be settled based on official results from the relevant governing body or competition organiser. In cases of dispute, Jiji58's decision is final.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply and may vary by game, event, or user account tier. Current limits are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• Jiji58 may limit or restrict betting activity on individual accounts if irregular patterns are detected. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is not subject to appeal.

Live in-play betting markets on Sports Betting and MMA Betting are updated in real time. Odds fluctuate continuously, and it is the player's responsibility to confirm the odds shown before placing a live bet.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Jiji58 regularly offers bonuses, welcome packages, cashback deals, and referral rewards to both new and returning players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each bonus offer has specific wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods. These details are clearly stated on the individual promotion page at the time of the offer.
• Bonuses are credited for personal use only and may not be transferred to another account.
• Jiji58 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Jiji58 is committed to maintaining a fair and safe betting environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and possible legal action:

• Attempting to cheat, defraud, or manipulate the outcome of any game or bet on the platform.
• Using bots, automated software, scripts, or any artificial means to gain an advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform's systems. Any winnings resulting from known exploits will be voided.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in Tongits and other multi-player formats.
• Using the Jiji58 platform to launder money or conduct any financial activity that violates Philippine law.
• Providing false personal information during registration or during any verification process.
• Harassing, threatening, or verbally abusing Jiji58 staff, other players, or any party connected to the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Delays in deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment processors.
• Decisions made based on incomplete or inaccurate odds displayed as a result of data feed errors.

Jiji58's total liability to any player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

10. Suspension and Termination

Jiji58 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without notice if we determine, at our sole discretion, that a player has violated these Terms and Conditions, provided false information, or engaged in conduct that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or its other users.

Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting our support team at support@jiji58.app. Pending withdrawals at the time of account closure will be processed normally, provided no outstanding issues are associated with the account.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Philippines.

Jiji58 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with local laws in their area of residence.
